I recently had the pleasure of staying at Los Pilares Hotel, a charming boutique establishment nestled in a beautiful colonial-style mansion. The hotel boasts a lovely garden terrace where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts, featuring fresh fruit and delightful hotcakes-perfect for a morning in Oaxaca's enchanting atmosphere. The staff was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home, and their knowledge of local tours and airport transfers was invaluable. Our room was not only well-kept but also featured an elegant design that echoes the historical significance of the building, adding to the overall experience. Located just a 15-minute stroll from the bustling heart of the city, we were able to explore rich cultural sites, indulging in the vibrant flavors and history that Oaxaca offers. The combination of a picturesque setting, modern amenities, and a focus on guest comfort makes Los Pilares Hotel a delightful base for exploring this stunning region.
